The major flaw with this design is the structure itself. A noisy and disruptive open office is a common occurrence. Employees are more productive and efficient in a cubicle arrangement than in an open-plan office.

One is that it can be difficult to concentrate when there are a lot of distractions, such as people talking nearby. Additionally, open office spaces can be noisy and chaotic, which also leads to decreased productivity.
